    I just read a thing about beef tripe of blueridge in other list saying in the past there were people talking about their tripe products has charcoal in it and it makes price cheaper.I usually get tripe from hare today in PA or omas pride tripe from distributor and,I am satisfied with both and buy stuff back and forth.Hare today tripe is $8 plus for 5lb tripe with spleen and omas has just tripe and nothing mixed in so,I do back and forth.The blue ridge one I was told 5lb about $5..

    Can anyone read ingredients list if you have bought tripe from them for me?

    Yassy,

    I was not even aware that there were places you could buy tubs of tripe!

    We get ours straight from the local butcher ($10 for a whole stomach/intestine), and have to clean and cut it ourselves. ICK!

    I guess the additive is a bad thing, right?
