Hi everyone! I found this forum thorough Kelly and I've been really interested in starting a raw diet for my cat!

Leo is a one year old cream point Siamese that I rescued in December. He currently eats wellness/nature's variety/evo. I give him raw chicken whenever I make something and he thinks it's pretty good so I have a feeling this will be an easy transition when we get there!

I have loads of pics to share!

The first day we had him

I'm farm sitting right now and I've been bringing the dog over, he supposedly was good with dogs but there's something about this one he doesn't like. We still haven't finished the paint in that room!

Wow! My dad has a feral that looks identical to your Leo! Can't wait to hear the stories of his journey towards raw.

Hello from a fellow Siamese owner! Your cat is a beautiful big boned boy, one things that's nice about the flame points is that they don't get as dark on the back as the seal, chocolate and blue points do.

I'm glad you've decided to try out the diet your cat was designed to eat, I hope it's easy for you and he takes to it right away!

Oh, wow, Celeste, Leo is gorgeous!!

If he's already accepting chicken chunks, a full transition to raw should go smoothly! I'm rooting for you! Very Happy

And don't be shy about asking questions - it's what we're all here for!

So far this looks like a cat heavy board. My cat died a year and a half ago at 18, and I still haven't found a new kitty to share my lap, all these pics are making me jealous. I have a dog and a ton of guppies right now, but not the same as having a cat...

Leo has a very sweet face.

Don't worry, Timothea - many of the cat owners have dogs as well. And we're a new forum, but I expect, with the desire to feed our pets naturally growing as fast as it is, we'll be a hoppin' place in no time. Very Happy
