Newbie and wanting to learn how to switch to raw

Hi! I am Denett and I have two babies.

Buddy is a 9 year old mutt around 21 pounds. Kinda looks like a cross between a Jack Russell and a Dachshund.



Then there is Pumpkin who is also a mutt around 2 1/2 years old and looks like a cross between a Corgi and a Terrier .

Anyways, I switched my ferrets to a raw diet through the Holistic Ferret Forum, and would like to switch my dogs to a raw diet. Any and all help will be appreciated as I do not know exactly what I am doing.

I fasted my 13 week old puppy just through dinner and the night, then the next morning gave her small chicken chunks (about 3 oz. because she is only 3# or so). She ate it right up and there were no problems.
