Re: Raw bones for chewing
Your chi would likely benefit from smaller, softer bones (much like cats): chicken necks/wings/backs, rabbit ribs, quail..
Your bigger dog may enjoy large necks, like lamb/pig, if you can manage try to get a lamb leg! Mmm.
Never cooked bones, and people tend to stay away from heavy beef/etc bones that can break teeth. Perhaps your larger dog would enjoy turkey legs?

I would start off with Chicken or Turkey necks, soft, pliable bones covered in plenty of meat if your dog is one who needs his bones disguised at first. I gave my uncle's dog a turkey neck for her first ever bone and she crunched through them like they were kibble

Are you looking for a rec bone, or RMB?
For a little dog like yours, a lamb leg would be great, and much safer than a WRECK bone! If you want some ideas for little guys, necks and backs are great, and you can often get them from the butcher pretty cheap. Dogs also love chicken feet if you can find them, just for chewing pleasure, is there a China town near you?
