Picked up my order today...

60 pounds each pork and pork hearts. Great deal, I got 68 pork hearts for 30 dollars, and 60 pounds pork for 60 dollars! I have separated and freezer bagged all the pork hearts, Charlotte had some bloodcicles and two hearts, as well as tried to sneak some from the box. (pics are loading right now.) The pork is still frozen solid, so I either need to get a new hacksaw, or wait till tomorrow to see if it is any softer before I can package it up.

Have another order coming this week, 20 pounds of tripe and 2 beef esophagus for 22 dollars! I love the Carnivore Feed supply group, never would have found it myself for such a good price!

When I had to thaw out 50 lbs of deer at a time I found the best way to keep leaks from happening and speed up the thawing process is to put everything in a large plastic storage tub and put the lid on. I parked it right next to my wash sink so I could wash the pieces off and bag them right there next to the freezer. You just reminded me that I need to start searching for pork hearts. I don't feed roasts and such anymore due to the enhancements (which is nearly certain due to the lean meat) and hearts would be so good to keep pork in the diet.
